Job Summary
Greet guests, answer product questions, and recommend merchandise to drive sales and achieve personal sales-per-hour goals. Manage visual merchandising by assigning zones, executing weekly checklists, and ensuring the sales floor meets visual standards. Handle cashiering, process returns and exchanges, and navigate POS procedures while maintaining a clean, organized store environment. Lead by example, coach new teammates on sales presentation and fit cards, and recruit new Teammates through referrals. Recognize and communicate guest levels, report security risks or policy violations to management, and complete all scheduled shifts including holidays.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- one to three months related retail experience

- Ability to work a flexible schedule, which may include mornings, evenings, and weekends, and the day of/day after Thanksgiving and Christmas, based upon store and business needs
- Ability to execute and teach all Point of Sale (POS) procedures
- Ability to navigate and execute all tools on the home page
- Ability to recognize and assign Zones and projects to Teammates daily with a specific learning goal in mind
- Ability to execute and demonstrate all new tools and videos that apply to zone ownership
