Job Summary
Leader In Training (LIT) and Floor Leader responsible for a mix of sales, merchandising and operational tasks, including cashiering, merchandise display, POS procedures, and routine store upkeep. Works with Store Manager and Leadership Team to drive sales, recruit new Teammates, and provide leadership; emphasizes delivering legendary guest service, conducting training, coaching teammates, and maintaining visual standards and merchandising. Maintains performance in sales per hour and overall store presentation while leading by example, developing team members, and supporting brand initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED; or one to three months related retail experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
