Job Summary
Leader In Training (LIT) and Floor Leader in a Buckle retail environment performing a mix of sales, merchandising, and operating tasks (cashier duties, display and pulls, register procedures, routine cleaning) while working with Store Manager and Leadership to develop sales, recruit teammates, and provide leadership. Responsibilities include meeting sales goals, delivering legendary service, coaching and developing teammates, leading by example in visual merchandising and product presentation, participating in store operations, and maintaining a positive floor culture. Skills emphasized include customer service excellence, product knowledge, teamwork, leadership, recruiting and training, scheduling flexibility, and adherence to store policies and loss prevention practices. Compensation ranges from $18-$22/hour with base pay plus commission, plus comprehensive benefits for full-time and part-time teammates.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED; 1-3 months related retail experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
