Job Summary
Part-time Leader in Training (LIT) / Floor Leader at Buckle in Foley, AL. Responsible for sales generation, guest service, merchandising, and store operations, including cashiering, merchandise displays, stock pulls, and following POS procedures. Leads by example with a focus on customer service, coachability, and teammate development; recruits and trains new teammates; maintains knowledge of promotions, exchanges, and loss prevention; collaborates with Store Manager and Leadership Team to achieve sales goals and uphold Buckle’s standards. Demonstrates leadership in daily tasks, visual merchandising, inventory management, and adherence to policies while delivering an engaging shopping experience for guests.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related retail experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
