Job Summary
Leader in Training (LIT) and Floor Leader responsible for a mix of sales, merchandising, and operational tasks to support store leadership, drive sales, recruit and develop teammates, and ensure excellent guest service. Responsibilities include greeting guests, assisting with product selection, demonstrating product knowledge, executing the Sales Presentation Guide, handling POS procedures, ensuring displays and merchandising meet standards, maintaining loss prevention practices, and performing leadership actions in partnership with the Store Manager and Leadership Team.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED; or one to three months related retail experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
