Job Summary
Leader in Training rotates through dispensary functions to support operations, experience, and people; supervises daily operations, communicates priorities to team, ensures compliance with security, inventory, and regulations; leads omni‐channel customer experiences; participates in Leader On Duty shifts; develops leadership toward Assistant General Manager.
Required Qualifications
- At least three years of customer service or retail experience, with at least one year in a supervisory role.
- Must be 21 years or older.
- Must pass any and all required background checks.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license or state ID.
