Job Summary
Leader in Training at a cannabis dispensary on the leadership team: supervises daily operations to ensure security, inventory accuracy, and regulatory compliance; rotates through critical functions to build expertise across operations, experience, and people; supports execution of programs and promotions; drives an exceptional customer journey across in-store, drive-thru, curbside, and delivery; develops team through onboarding, coaching, scheduling, and task delegation; sets path toward Assistant General Manager.
Required Qualifications
- At least three years of customer service or retail experience, with at least one year in a supervisory role
- Cannabis experience preferred
- Inventory control experience preferred
- Meet scheduling and availability requirements (varying shifts incl. mornings, days, nights, weekends)
- Must have reliable attendance
- Must be 21 years or older
- Must pass background checks
- Must possess a valid driver’s license or state ID
- Must understand cannabis laws and regulations
- Prior cannabis experience not required
