Job Summary
Greet guests with a friendly attitude, answer store and merchandise questions, and recommend products to meet guest needs. Fulfill sales goals by maintaining personal sales-per-hour standards, utilizing the Sales Presentation Guide daily, and expanding guest selection through inventory tools. Manage visual merchandise by owning product zones, tracking the life cycle of items, and ensuring sales floors are consistently sized and displayed. Perform operational tasks including cashiering, merchandise pulls, routine cleaning, and executing all Point of Sale procedures. Recognize and prevent security risks, handle returns and exchanges, and communicate policy violations or guest concerns to management. Complete scheduled shifts, cover shifts when needed, and provide feedback to the Store Manager and Leadership Team regarding merchandise handling.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- one to three months related retail experience

- Ability to work a flexible schedule, which may include mornings, evenings, and weekends, and the day of/day after Thanksgiving and Christmas, based upon store and business needs
- Ability to execute and teach all Point of Sale (POS) procedures
- Ability to navigate and execute all tools on the home page
- Ability to recognize and assign Zones and projects to Teammates daily with a specific learning goal in mind
- Ability to execute and demonstrate all new tools and videos that apply to zone ownership
