Leader In Training (full-time)

Greet guests with a friendly attitude, answer store and merchandise questions, and recommend products based on guest needs. Maintain sales presentation standards by filling out the Sales Presentation Guide daily, achieving personal sales goals, and utilizing inventory tools to expand guest selection. Manage visual merchandise by owning product zones, tracking the life cycle of items, and ensuring the sales floor is consistently sized and displayed. Execute Point of Sale procedures, handle returns and exchanges, and follow loss prevention guidelines including bag checks. Complete opening and closing checklists, maintain a clean store environment, and provide feedback to management on merchandise and policy concerns. Work a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
