Job Summary
Greet guests with a friendly attitude, answer questions about merchandise, and recommend products to fulfill sales goals. Manage visual merchandising by owning product zones, ensuring floor standards, and displaying new freight. Lead the team by recruiting, training, and coaching new Teammates on sales presentation and denim fit. Execute daily operational tasks including cashiering, register procedures, loss prevention checks, and opening/closing checklists. Maintain a clean, organized store environment while adhering to all policies and safety guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- one to three months related retail experience
- related training
- equivalent combination of education and experience
- Physical ability to lift and maneuver 50lbs throughout the store and backroom
- close vision

- color vision
- peripheral vision
- depth perception
- ability to adjust focus
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, which may include mornings, evenings, and weekends, and the day of/day after Thanksgiving and Christmas, based upon store and business needs
