Job Summary
Greet guests with a friendly attitude, answer store and merchandise questions, and recommend products to create a wardrobing experience. Maintain product knowledge, share sales and promotion updates, and consistently meet personal sales-per-hour and total net sales goals. Lead by example through showmanship, coach new teammates on daily tasks and visual standards, and assign zones with specific learning objectives. Execute Point of Sale procedures, complete opening and closing checklists, and ensure the sales floor is consistently sized and organized. Recognize and communicate guest levels, handle returns and exchanges, and report policy violations or guest concerns to management. Work a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays to fulfill store needs.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- one to three months related retail experience
- related training
- equivalent combination of education and experience
- Physical ability to lift and maneuver 50lbs throughout the store and backroom

- ability to adjust focus
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, which may include mornings, evenings, and weekends, and the day of/day after Thanksgiving and Christmas, based upon store and business needs
- Ability to execute and teach all Point of Sale (“POS”) procedures
- Know Buckle guidelines when handling returns and exchanges
- Ability to navigate and execute all tools on the home page
- Ability to lift and maneuver 50lbs throughout the store and backroom
