Leader In Training (Full-Time)

Leader in Training (LIT) and Floor Leader collaborates with Store Manager and Leadership Team to drive sales, merchandise presentation, and store operations while developing Teammates. Responsibilities include greeting Guests, assisting with product selection, demonstrating product knowledge, maintaining SPG guidelines, achieving personal sales-per-hour and net sales goals, recruiting and training new Teammates, leading by example with showmanship and customer service, coordinating Visual Merchandising and zone ownership, executing POS procedures, handling returns/exchanges, supporting Loss Prevention, and upholding Buckle’s Code of Ethics. The role emphasizes leadership development, coaching, and performance within a full-time retail environment.
