Job Summary
Greet guests with a friendly attitude, answer store and merchandise questions, and recommend products based on guest needs. Maintain product knowledge, share sales and promotion updates, and consistently achieve personal sales-per-hour and net sales goals. Lead by example with high-level showmanship, coach teammates on sales presentation, and recruit new Teammates using referral cards. Manage visual merchandise zones, assign daily projects, and ensure the sales floor meets visual standards. Execute Point of Sale procedures, handle returns and exchanges, and monitor for security risks. Work a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Complete opening and closing checklists, maintain a clean store, and communicate guest or policy concerns to management.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- one to three months related retail experience
- related training
- equivalent combination of education and experience
- Physical ability to lift and maneuver 50lbs throughout the store and backroom

- Ability to work a flexible schedule, which may include mornings, evenings, and weekends, and the day of/day after Thanksgiving and Christmas, based upon store and business needs

- Ability to lift and maneuver 50lbs throughout the store and backroom
