Job Summary
Greet guests with a friendly attitude, answer questions about merchandise, and recommend products based on guest needs. Maintain product knowledge, share sales and promotion updates, and consistently achieve personal sales-per-hour and total net sales goals. Lead by example with high showmanship, coach new Teammates on daily tasks, and assign zones with specific learning goals. Execute POS procedures, manage inventory and visual standards, and ensure the store remains clean and shoppable. Recognize security risks, follow loss prevention guidelines, and communicate policy violations or guest concerns to management. Complete scheduled shifts, cover shifts as needed, and maintain a positive floor culture while fulfilling the mission to create an enjoyable shopping experience.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- one to three months related retail experience
- related training
- equivalent combination of education and experience
- Physical ability to lift and maneuver 50lbs throughout the store and backroom

- ability to adjust focus
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, which may include mornings, evenings, and weekends, and the day of/day after Thanksgiving and Christmas, based upon store and business needs
- Ability to execute and teach all Point of Sale (POS) procedures
- Ability to navigate and execute all tools on the home page
- Ability to lift and maneuver 50lbs throughout the store and backroom
