Job Summary
Greet guests with a friendly attitude, answer store and merchandise questions, and recommend products based on guest needs. Fulfill sales goals by maintaining personal sales-per-hour targets, utilizing the Sales Presentation Guide daily, and expanding guest selection through inventory tools. Manage visual merchandise by owning product zones, tracking the life cycle of items, and ensuring the sales floor is consistently sized and displayed. Lead the team by recruiting new Teammates, coaching on sales presentation and denim fit, and maintaining a positive floor culture. Execute operational tasks including cashiering, register procedures, loss prevention checks, and opening/closing checklists. Work a flexible schedule covering mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- one to three months related retail experience
- related training
- equivalent combination of education and experience
- Physical ability to lift and maneuver 50lbs throughout the store and backroom

- ability to adjust focus
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, which may include mornings, evenings, and weekends, and the day of/day after Thanksgiving and Christmas, based upon store and business needs
- Ability to execute and teach all Point of Sale (“POS”) procedures
- Know Buckle guidelines when handling returns and exchanges
- Ability to navigate and execute all tools on the home page
- Ability to lift and maneuver 50lbs throughout the store and backroom
