Leader In Training (full-time)

Greet guests with a friendly attitude, answer store and merchandise questions, and recommend products based on guest needs. Maintain product knowledge, share current sales and promotions, and consistently perform leadership actions while meeting sales-per-hour and total net sales goals. Lead by example with high-level showmanship, coach new teammates on daily tasks, and assign zones with specific learning goals. Own product through zone ownership, execute visual standards, and ensure the sales floor is consistently sized and displayed. Complete opening and closing checklists, navigate POS procedures, and handle returns and exchanges per policy. Recognize and communicate guest levels, investigate inventory expansion, and maintain a clean, organized store. Work flexible schedules including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
