Leader In Training (Full-Time)

Leader In Training (LIT) and Floor Leader responsible for driving sales, merchandising, and store operations under the Store Manager and Leadership Team. Duties include greeting Guests, assisting with product selection, delivering legendary service, achieving sales goals, leading by example, recruiting and developing Teammates, maintaining visual standards and product flow, managing operations and POS procedures, training new Teammates, and upholding Buckle’s ethics and policies while supporting a positive store culture—full-time role with benefits available after waiting period.
