Leader In Training (Full-Time)

Leader in Training (LIT) and Floor Leader responsible for a mix of sales, merchandising and operational tasks under store management. Key duties include greeting and assisting Guests, recommending merchandise, achieving sales goals, leading by example in customer service, recruiting and developing Teammates, executing POS procedures, managing visual merchandising and inventory, and maintaining standards in loss prevention, policies, and store operations. Requires teamwork with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to drive sales, staff development, and guest satisfaction through leadership, showmanship, and adherence to brand guidelines.
