Job Summary
Leader In Training (LIT) and Floor Leader responsible for a mix of sales, merchandising and operational duties including cashiering, display management, and store procedures. Works with Store Manager and Leadership Team to drive sales, recruit Teammates, and provide leadership; develops guest service through engaging service, product knowledge, and effective presenting of merchandise; leads by example to coach teammates, manage daily tasks, and maintain visual standards while ensuring compliance with policies and loss prevention practices.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED; or one to three months related retail experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
