Job Summary
Greet guests with an engaging attitude, recommend merchandise based on their needs, and fulfill sales goals by utilizing the Sales Presentation Guide daily. Manage visual merchandising zones, assign projects to teammates, and ensure the sales floor meets weekly checklist standards. Lead new hires through orientation, coaching them on denim fit and sales presentation while maintaining a positive floor culture. Execute point-of-sale procedures, handle returns and exchanges, and monitor security risks including bag checks. Complete opening and closing checklists, cover shifts as needed, and communicate guest or policy concerns to management.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- one to three months related retail experience
- related training
- equivalent combination of education and experience
- Physical ability to lift and maneuver 50lbs throughout the store and backroom

- ability to adjust focus
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, which may include mornings, evenings, and weekends, and the day of/day after Thanksgiving and Christmas, based upon store and business needs
- Ability to execute and teach all Point of Sale (POS) procedures
- Ability to navigate and execute all tools on the home page
- Ability to lift and maneuver 50lbs throughout the store and backroom
