Job Summary
Greet guests with a friendly attitude, answer store and merchandise questions, and recommend products to fulfill sales goals. Lead by example through showmanship, coach new Teammates on sales presentation and fit standards, and assign daily visual merchandising projects with specific learning objectives. Manage zone ownership, confirm visual standards, and execute POS procedures including bag checks and loss prevention guidelines. Maintain a clean store, handle returns and exchanges, and communicate guest or policy concerns to management. Complete flexible shifts covering mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- one to three months related retail experience
- related training
- equivalent combination of education and experience
- Physical ability to lift and maneuver 50lbs throughout the store and backroom

- ability to adjust focus
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, which may include mornings, evenings, and weekends, and the day of/day after Thanksgiving and Christmas, based upon store and business needs
- Ability to execute and teach all Point of Sale (POS) procedures
- Ability to navigate and execute all tools on the home page
- Ability to lift and maneuver 50lbs throughout the store and backroom
