Job Summary
Greet guests with a friendly, engaging attitude, answer questions regarding the store and merchandise, and recommend, select, and help locate or obtain products based on guest needs. Fulfill personal sales-per-hour, average sales, and total net sales goals set by Store Management while maintaining and sharing knowledge of current sales, promotions, policies, and security practices. Own and influence product through zone ownership, confirm teammates are following visual standards, and ensure the sales floor is consistently sized and new freight is appropriately displayed. Lead by example with a high level of showmanship, coach new teammates on daily tasks, and maintain a positive attitude at all times. Work a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays based on store needs.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- one to three months related retail experience
- related training
- equivalent combination of education and experience
- Physical ability to lift and maneuver 50lbs throughout the store and backroom
- close vision

- ability to adjust focus
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, which may include mornings, evenings, and weekends, and the day of/day after Thanksgiving and Christmas, based upon store and business needs
- Ability to execute and teach all Point of Sale (“POS”) procedures
- Ability to navigate and execute all tools on the home page
- Ability to lift and maneuver 50lbs throughout the store and backroom
