Job Summary
Greet guests with a friendly attitude, answer questions about merchandise, and recommend items based on guest needs. Fulfill personal sales goals, maintain product knowledge, and utilize the Sales Presentation Guide daily. Lead by example, coach new teammates on sales standards, and assign zones with specific learning objectives. Own product placement, ensure visual standards are met, and execute opening and closing checklists. Monitor security risks, handle returns and exchanges, and navigate POS procedures. Maintain a clean store, communicate guest and policy concerns to management, and complete shifts including holidays.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- one to three months related retail experience
- related training
- equivalent combination of education and experience
- Physical ability to lift and maneuver 50lbs throughout the store and backroom

- ability to adjust focus
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, which may include mornings, evenings, and weekends, and the day of/day after Thanksgiving and Christmas, based upon store and business needs
- Ability to execute and teach all Point of Sale (POS) procedures
- Ability to navigate and execute all tools on the home page
- Ability to lift and maneuver 50lbs throughout the store and backroom
