Job Summary
Greet guests, answer product questions, and recommend merchandise to drive sales and achieve personal sales-per-hour goals. Manage visual merchandising by executing zone ownership, maintaining display standards, and ensuring new freight is appropriately displayed. Operate Point of Sale systems, process returns and exchanges, and complete opening and closing checklists while adhering to loss prevention guidelines. Recruit and train new teammates, coach them on sales presentation and fit, and maintain a positive floor culture. Work flexible shifts including mornings, evenings, and holidays, and communicate guest or policy concerns to store leadership.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- one to three months related retail experience

- Ability to work a flexible schedule, which may include mornings, evenings, and weekends, and the day of/day after Thanksgiving and Christmas, based upon store and business needs
- Ability to execute and teach all Point of Sale (POS) procedures
- Ability to navigate and execute all tools on the home page
