Job Summary
Leader-in-Training program at Coury Hospitality offers a full-time, immersive development track across hotel/food & beverage operations. Participants will learn by shadowing property leaders, participate in daily operations, and build leadership capabilities to prepare for future management roles. Eligible candidates include recent graduates of hospitality-related programs or current Coury Hospitality Curators in good standing. The program may place participants at any of Coury’s 45+ locations across the United States, with relocation flexibility based on business needs and program availability. Requires willingness to relocate and the ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Strong communication, relationship-building, and a customer-focused mindset are valued, along with dedication to Coury Hospitality’s culture and service standards.
Required Qualifications
- Be a recent graduate of a hospitality, hotel management, restaurant management, tourism, or related program OR be a current Coury Hospitality Curator in good standing
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Must be willing and able to relocate or accept placement at any one of Coury Hospitality’s 45+ locations across the United States
