Convert complex business challenges into innovative, scalable solutions by integrating people, methodology, technology, and AI. Drive pre-sales consulting initiatives, including proposal development and client presentations. Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, partners, and stakeholders to ensure quality, profitability, and impact. Transform undefined needs into tangible, high-value outcomes through strategic vision and execution.
Required Qualifications
- More than 10 years of experience in consulting and direction of complex projects
- Experience in organizational transformation, talent, training, development or change management
- Ability to design solutions from scratch and lead their implementation
- Experience in consultative sales and relationship with senior interlocutors
- Advanced use of generative Artificial Intelligence tools
- High English level
- Residence in Madrid
- Bachelor's degree (or higher)
- Spanish (at least one required)
