Job Summary
Lead and manage a team of Consulting Engineers/Technical Leaders delivering complex customer programs within Cisco Customer Experience (CX). Drive delivery governance, staffing alignment, and customer outcomes across Service Provider, Data Centre and strategic customers, while partnering with Global CX PM, CX Eng, CX Lab, CX Theatre and broader CX teams. Spearhead AI-enabled, future-ready delivery aligned to the CX Roadmap; foster an inclusive, high-performance culture; cultivate key customer-partner relationships; identify risks and mitigation plans; lead growth initiatives for the APJC region; and ensure successful lifecycle execution with an emphasis on AI-first delivery and digital transformation.
