Job Summary
Lead Youth Prevention Coordinator responsible for coordinating programming at multiple schools, maintaining relationships with schools, parents, and community stakeholders; securing agency approvals and managing budget; delivering evidence-based youth prevention education in school and community settings; supervising program staff, facilitating youth advisory meetings, and preparing monthly/quarterly reports; driving outreach to diverse populations, establishing referral networks, and ensuring compliance with funder and program requirements; requires a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work or related field, five years’ experience in program development/management, and ability to work with diverse groups; on-site role based in Chicago, IL.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Social Work or related field from an accredited college or university
- Five years of total combined (work/volunteer/internship) experience in program development or program management, and working with children in an educational, activity, or social service program
- Management experience a plus
