Job Summary
Lead Yard Operations role overseeing delegation of daily tasks to crew, inventory verification, conflict resolution, and maintaining team morale. Responsibilities include training new hires and upskilling existing employees, providing labor support, and driving pool vehicles to designated work areas. Must follow JHA, PPE, and all HSE, safety, and quality policies; perform physical duties (standing/walking/bending up to 12 hours daily) with lifting up to 50 lbs, and travel <10%. Valid driver’s license required; overtime and shift work as needed.

- Standing up to 12 hours daily
- Walking up to 12 hours daily
- Bending/Stooping up to 12 hours daily
- Repetitive movement (shoveling/sweeping/fastening) up to 12 hours daily
- Lifting weights up to 50 lbs regularly
- Push/Pull up to 12 hours daily
- Travel less than 10%
