Job Summary
Lead Workshop Technician who will train and supervise technicians, diagnose and repair cranes, ensure Tadano quality, develop and implement training curricula, monitor inventory, and improve workflow and operational efficiency in a shop environment. Responsibilities include guiding and training technicians on repairs, performing crane diagnostics and repairs, maintaining safety standards, coordinating with management, managing parts and work orders, and maintaining shop inventory while ensuring repairs meet quality expectations. Bilingual Spanish-English proficiency is preferred; candidates should be prepared to work extended hours and Saturdays as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated mechanical experience in crane diagnosis, maintenance, and repair.
- Working knowledge of applicable safety regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Ability and willingness to work 40+ hours per week, including Saturdays as needed.
- Ability to safely operate electric and LP-powered forklifts.
