Job Summary
Lead Workplace Experience Lead responsible for the day-to-day office management of a building or set of buildings, coordinating vendors, guiding the Workplace Experience program, and providing high-touch support to employees and VIPs. Responsible for space readiness, program compliance, data-driven insights from qualitative and quantitative employee data, cross-functional collaboration to implement innovative solutions, and mentoring peers. Requires strong communication, emotional intelligence, organizational skills, proactive mindset, and professional presence; proficiency with Microsoft Suite and ability to manage relationships with executive-level clients.
Required Qualifications
- College degree preferred; minimum of 3 years related work experience in real estate services, travel/hospitality, retail, customer service.
