Job Summary
As a Lead in Workforce Planning for Royal Caribbean Group's Private Destinations, you will set the crewing strategy, support operational changes, and ensure effective staffing across various locations. This role demands strong analytical skills, stakeholder collaboration, and expertise in data storytelling to drive strategic outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Mathematics, Industrial Engineering, Operations Planning & Logistics, Finance, or directly related, equivalent experience.
- Minimum 3 years of experience working with operations, logistics, port administration, airport operations, hotel, transportation in a planning role.
- Minimum of 2 years in dedicated finance and/or analytical role.
- Strong data analysis skills.
- Highly developed written and presentational skills.
- Experienced in data storytelling and gleaning actionable insights from data.
