Job Summary
Lead Window Cleaning Technician / Crew Leader responsible for guiding a crew on residential and commercial window cleaning, gutter cleaning, pressure washing, and exterior cleaning projects. Serve as the primary onsite customer contact, train and mentor technicians, maintain safety and quality standards, operate aerial lifts when required, and help achieve production goals. Required Qualifications
- Valid drivers license with reliable transportation
- Experience leading teams in field-service environments or as a supervisor/foreman/crew leader
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Self-motivated, dependable, and solution-oriented
- Comfortable working outdoors and in varying weather conditions
- Experience operating lifts or elevated platforms (training available)
