Job Summary
Lead Winder position on second shift at Hyosung HICO in Memphis, TN. Responsibilities include guiding winders, coordinating work teams, interpreting complex prints and work instructions, ensuring product quality meets specifications, performing TPM and 6S, operating overhead cranes and material handling equipment, training and cross-training employees, and assisting with development of training materials and continuous improvement activities. Strong mechanical/technical troubleshooting, reading manufacturing drawings/specifications, basic computer skills, and interpersonal communication are required; candidate should be able to read blueprints, apply safety procedures, and contribute to Kaizen and quality initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree in technical field or vocational/trade school certification, plus five years’ relevant work experience in manufacturing environment, or equivalent education and experience.
