Job Summary
Develop and execute digital content strategies by analyzing complex business needs and leading web solution delivery. Manage moderately complex website projects, including installation, configuration, and administration of content management systems. Act as a strategic advisor to cross-functional teams, troubleshooting problems and implementing innovative solutions that drive measurable improvements. Code, debug, test, deploy, and document website enhancements while adhering to security protocols and brand guidelines. Analyze accessibility, usability, and user experience for online platforms, applying SEO best practices and designing HTML templates. Create contingency plans for mission-critical crisis communications and facilitate the web team using Agile methodologies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, web design or in a related field, or commensurate specialized training, certification, or work experience
- Minimum three years of work experience
- Advanced skill in WordPress content management systems and WordPress VIP, cascading style sheets, graphics composition, and visualization tools
- Advanced critical thinking and data reporting skills, such as demonstrated success in creating information architecture and translating data into key-insights with analytical tools and reports
- Advanced understanding and knowledge of user experience
- Excellent attention to detail and compliance with business continuity practices, Website Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) and Section 508
- Excellent project management skills
- Facilitator for the web team according to industry best practices Agile methodologies
- Demonstrate appropriate use of approved AI resources to support efficient task management
- Influences key stakeholders on cross-functional technical and business teams, translating complex requirements into clear solutions
- Strong knowledge of building WordPress sites
- Strong HTML coding skills
- CSS knowledge
