Job Summary
Conduct field restoration activities including demolition, cleaning, restorative drying, mold cleaning, and fire and smoke damage removal. Perform after-hours emergency support as part of a monthly on-call rotation. Take moisture readings at each monitor, capture photos, and upload all readings, photos, and notes into the job database for in-house representatives. Interact with homeowners and property managers in a courteous and professional manner. Work 8+ hours daily as needed per job. Maintain neat and tidy grooming standards due to client interaction. Valid California driver's license required. IICRC certification is a plus.
