Job Summary
Conduct water extraction and emergency response, manage equipment setup and daily monitoring, and perform moisture mapping and documentation. Lead field technicians, oversee controlled demolition as needed, and maintain equipment while adhering to IICRC standards. Manage daily job documentation on Encircle or similar platforms and communicate professionally with customers. Participate in an emergency on-call rotation. Requires previous water mitigation experience, a valid driver's license with a clean record, and ability to pass a criminal background check. Starting pay is $25.00/hour with benefits including PTO, paid holidays, and ongoing training.
