Lead Water Mitigation Technician

Conduct water extraction and emergency response, including equipment setup, moisture mapping, controlled demolition, and daily job documentation. Lead field technicians, mentor junior staff, and maintain equipment while following IICRC standards. Manage clear communication with customers and participate in an emergency on-call rotation. Requires previous water mitigation experience, a valid driver's license with a clean record, and the ability to pass a criminal background check.
