Job Summary
Oversee jobsite performance and manage all aspects of mitigation services, including water, mold, fire, and storm-related restoration tasks. Coordinate and execute production processes according to schedule, delegating tasks effectively and conducting regular quality checks to ensure work meets company standards. Perform hands-on mitigation duties such as water extraction, equipment setup, drying, demolition, and contaminated material removal while maintaining accurate job documentation and communicating project updates to clients and project managers. Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding scope, progress, and expectations. Provide field training, mentorship, and performance evaluations for technicians, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and company policies. Maintain company vehicles and equipment, secure customer property during transport, and participate in required safety and compliance training. Work daily and weekend overtime as part of an on-call rotation with after-hours availability.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent attention to detail and time management
- Good verbal and communication skills
- Good Customer service skills
- The ability to work both daily and weekend overtime, be part of an on-call rotation and after-hours availability
- Valid Driving License and pass a MVR check
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Must be able to pass a drug screen
- Must regularly lift and/or move up to 40 lbs. and occasionally lift and/or move 75 lbs.
- Must be able to wear appropriate PPE (personal protective equipment) and a respirator when required by job
