Job Summary
Lead and perform accurate receipt, staging, storage, transfer, and delivery of HVAC equipment. Log inbound freight from carriers like UPS and FedEx, load/unload trucks, and operate material handling equipment while ensuring all machinery is inspected and safe. Locate and pick materials into and out of warehouse racks, cycle count inventory, and resolve discrepancies in electronic records. Stock products to ensure inventory turnover, deliver high-priority materials ahead of routine requests, and assist with associate onboarding. Perform housekeeping, complete required safety training, and work overtime or on-call shifts as needed. This role requires forklift certification, a valid driver's license, and one year of warehouse experience.
Required Qualifications
- HS Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of one year warehouse experience
- Forklift experience

- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to read and to recognize similarities and differences between words and between series of numbers
- Possess basic math skills
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions
- Ability to take care of problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
