Lead Warehouse Representative

Job Summary
Lead and direct Pipe Yard/Warehouse associates to perform essential warehouse duties including unloading/loading material and equipment, stocking and transferring items to shelves, preparing customer orders, and coordinating with branch leadership to meet safety and productivity targets. Responsible for inventory accuracy (using SIMS handheld scanner), conducting audits, preparing shipments (UPS/LTL/SH/air), and ensuring proper documentation. Requires operating forklift and heavy equipment as needed, training and supervising staff, and maintaining safety practices and effective interpersonal communication with local management and other branch personnel. Emphasizes leadership, accountability to ethics standards, and support for environmental initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must have a current, valid driver’s license and acceptable record
- One (1) year experience in pipe yard and/or warehouse environment
- Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills with leadership qualities
- Ability to provide documentation verifying legal work status
- Ability to read and speak English proficiently
- Ability to understand and comply with company guidelines and code of conduct
