Job Summary
Coordinate dock activities and direct daily operations for forklift drivers and warehouse workers, managing inbound and outbound loads of materials and supplies. Answer receiving doors, coordinate transporter unloading, verify seal numbers, complete paperwork, and release carriers upon completion. Relate load securement issues to the logistics team and notify them when loads are ready to ship or have arrived. Assist with dock operations and housekeeping as time allows while operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and dollies in close quarters. This safety-sensitive role requires strict compliance with all protocols and is open to candidates with at least two years of warehouse experience.
Required Qualifications
- 2 years of Experience, preferably in a warehouse environment
- Demonstrates the ability to operate forklift, pallet jack, and dolly
- Demonstrates the ability to drive equipment in close quarters
- This role is designated as safety sensitive and will require the successful candidate to strictly comply with all safety rules and protocols
- As part of the ongoing employment requirements, the successful candidate may be subject to drug and alcohol testing—including pre‐employment screening, post‐incident evaluations, reasonable suspicion checks, and random testing—in accordance with government regulations and company policies
