Lead Warehouse Associate

Job Summary
Direct the work of other associates and manage job assignments while performing receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and wire cutting tasks. Monitor workflow metrics, coordinate reporting, conduct daily safety walks, and review complex shipments for quality before dispatch. Update monthly fuel service charges and shipping cost documents. Shift runs Monday through Thursday from 6:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Requires high school degree, three years of warehouse operations experience, forklift skills, and the ability to lift 50 pounds. Required Qualifications
- High school degree or equivalent
- 3 years of warehouse operations experience
- 1-2 years of experience as a Senior Warehouse Associate or similar
- Forklift experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to be on your feet for extended periods
- Monday through Thursday; 6:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
