Job Summary
Lead Warehouse Associate responsible for assisting the Supervisor in directing other associates and executing duties in receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and wire cutting; monitor workflow metrics, coordinate reporting to management, perform daily safety walks, review complex shipments prior to shipping, and update shipping cost documents. Requires supervising skills, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, basic computer skills, and forklift experience; role supports leadership in warehouse operations within Wesco's distribution and supply chain environment; shift is Monday–Friday, 11:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.; education & experience emphasize hands-on warehouse operations and team leadership.
Required Qualifications
- High school degree or equivalent required
- 2 years of warehouse operations experience required
- 1-2 years of experience as a Senior Warehouse Associate or similar
- Forklift experience
