Job Summary
Conduct accurate data entry, handle inventory by monitoring levels and performing merchandise reconciliation, and assign work while monitoring group activities. Instruct associates on proper equipment, operational, and maintenance procedures; guide the team on housekeeping requirements. Monitor and maintain tool availability, oversee equipment usage, and ensure adherence to all safety procedures. Assist in resolving problems to maximize productivity and take corrective action on substandard performance. Requires Microsoft Office proficiency, four years of warehouse experience, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs in a non-climate-controlled environment.
Required Qualifications
- Microsoft Office experience and proficiency (Outlook and Excel)
- Ability to learn new computer applications
- 4 years of warehouse experience
- Solid ability to multitask with exceptional organizational skills
- Lift up to 50 lbs
- Availability to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings and weekends
- Pre-employment drug test

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Bilingual (Spanish)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Solid leadership skills; able to coach and mentor team members (2-5)
- Solid math skills
