Job Summary
Lead Warehouse Associate responsible for leading a warehouse team in Garner, NC, overseeing loading/unloading, picking, stocking, inventory, and order fulfillment. Must operate forklifts/pallet jacks and perform data entry, with emphasis on accuracy, productivity, safety, and customer order fulfillment. Roles include training and educating team members, organizing products and processes, and maintaining rigorous attention to detail in a loud, temperature-varied environment. Required Qualifications
- At least 3 - 5 years of Warehouse experience
- Exhibits detailed knowledge of all warehouse roles and is qualified in all aspects of warehouse operations.
- Safely operates forklift, pallet jacks or other machinery to complete tasks such as loading, unloading, sorting, fabricating, picking, stocking, staging, and transportation of goods.
- Stocks product in designated location or locates to pull correct quantities to fulfill customer orders and meet productivity and accuracy goals.
- May also complete tasks such as receiving, returns, inventory, order layout, data entry, and load trucks.
