Job Summary
Lead Warehouse Associate coordinates and trains Warehouse Associates across outbound, inbound, and returns, assisting the Warehouse Operations Manager to optimize methods and implement updated processes within RDC. Builds daily workload and resource plans, rotates through lead roles, and ensures achievement of daily goals and safety standards, including HazMat compliance. Partners with RDC leadership to execute operations, relays direction to Associates, evaluates workload, investigates discrepancies, and resolves conflicts. Requires strong analytical, problem solving, communication, leadership, and multitasking abilities, plus experience operating warehouse equipment and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Education: High School Diploma. Experience: 2-4 years in warehouse roles. Physical: ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Salary range: $47,000-$68,000 per year. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- 2-4 years warehouse experience
- Analytical skills related to process improvement
- Problem solving skills
- Demonstrated communication, leadership, motivational, interpersonal, multi-tasking, time management, delegation, organization, detail-oriented, and administrative skills.
- Operates all warehouse equipment (material handling equipment, stretch wrap machine, air-controlled staple guns and any required packing machines)
- Novice usability in standard Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
