Job Summary
Lead VPK Teacher responsible for leading a preschool classroom by developing fun, interactive learning experiences, mentoring fellow teachers, managing classroom operations, implementing curriculum with adherence to licensing standards, and building relationships with enrolled and prospective families to support center success. Must be able to meet state education requirements and childcare center requirements and complete Florida background screening. The role involves engaging children in indoor or outdoor activities and promoting social, physical, and intellectual growth.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans
- Ability to meet state education requirements and childcare center requirements
- Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children
- Florida background screening clearance contingent upon employment
