Job Summary
Coordinate assigned area maintenance by conducting general and detail cleaning tasks, including dusting, wiping, sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping hard-to-reach surfaces. Monitor staff performance by encouraging, redirecting, and documenting employee work while training individuals in specialized assignments and restricted area protocols. Ensure all activities comply with facility policies, procedures, and infection control guidelines through regular interaction and quality assurance checks. Work flexible hours including evenings and weekends on the second shift from 10am to 6pm, Mon-Sun.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years or older
- valid driver's license
- clean MVR
- reliable transportation
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively
- Comfortable working in a dynamic environment
- good verbal and written communication skills
- Strong detail orientation
- Customer-oriented and friendly
- High school diploma or GED
- Some experience with performing administrative tasks
- Stand and walk for long periods of time
- Repeat the same movements
- Frequent bending and twisting
- Able to lift, push & pull 50lbs
- work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Full Time 2nd Shift
- Mon-Sun 10am-6pm
- Must pass pre-employment requirements as needed
