Job Summary
The Visual Merchandising Lead will execute the store’s visual merchandising and display strategy, partner with management to drive sales, maintain daily routines, analyze reporting for profitability, and ensure effective inventory communication. The role requires effective leadership and communication skills, the ability to motivate staff, and physical capability to perform tasks like lifting up to 75 lbs. Preferred qualifications include retail sales and specialty retail experience. This position is full-time with responsibilities including training associates, maintaining supplies, and ensuring compliance with safety policies.
Required Qualifications
- Effective communication, organization and leadership skills
- Proven ability to motivate and influence others through personal actions and examples
- Ability to be active, standing, walking, bending, climbing, reaching and lifting for extended periods of time, required throughout the workday
Desired Qualifications
- 1-3 years retail sales experience with shift supervision experience preferred
- 1-2 years experience in home related design, visual merchandising, or stockroom responsibilities preferred (specialty retail preferred, but not required)
